Section 1: What I do with your information

When you download or purchase something from my site I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. When you browse this site, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system. I do not share this information with anyone and use it only to better understand who is visiting my site.

Section 2: Data Storage

When you visit my site and do not enter your information anywhere, you computer's internet protocol (IP) address is stored in both Squarespace analytics and in Google Analytics via cookies. I also have enabled Facebook pixels, which track your IP address (see Section 9). You may turn these off anytime in your browser.

Section 3: Consent

When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, download a tool, verify your credit card, place an order, sign up for my mailing list, or request a refund, you imply that you consent to my collecting your information and using it for that specific reason only.  If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will ask you directly for your expressed consent.

If after you opt-in to receiving occasional marketing emails, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you by unsubscribing through the link provided at the bottom of each marketing email.

Section 4: Forms and your data

By entering your information in any form on this website, you are entered into my mailing list in Mailchimp. When you purchase products from my Shop you are automatically selected to join my mailing list; you may opt out at check out or any time after.

I have turned off the sharing of my users' data with Mailchimp for its own analytics purposes. Your data is also stored in Google Drive and processed into Mailchimp via Zapier.

Not only do you have the right at anytime to unsubscribe from any mail list by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, but you may also ask me to delete the data you enter in forms at any point from Google Drive and Mailchimp, the only two places it is stored, by emailing

Section 5: Payments

My site is hosted on Squarespace and payments to me are processed through Stripe or Intuit Quickbooks. They provide me with the online e-commerce and invoicing platforms that allow me to sell my products and services to you. Your data is stored through these vendors’ data storage on a secure server behind a firewall. When you enter your bank or credit card information, I do not have access to it. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. Once you leave my website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or my website’s Terms of Service.
